Use

Face Mask: Mix 1 tbsp clay + 2 tbsp water (optional: 1 tsp face oil). Leave on for 10 min, rinse with warm water.

Body Wrap: Mix clay + water to creamy paste. Apply, relax 10-15 min, exfoliate in shower. Avoid eyes and sensitive areas.
